If you want to learn more about how conservation detection dogs are used for wildlife management to include nutria eradication, then plan to attend a SANS Seminar Series talk at UMES starting at noon on Wednesday, Nov. 8.
Trevor Michaels, an animal and plant health inspector for USDA is the guest speaker during this free presentation hosted by the School of Agriculture and Natural Sciences (SANS) and held at the Carver Hall Auditorium.
Visitors may park in the lot behind Carver Hall which is next to campus police station where a temporary vehicle parking pass is to be obtained.
